With 30 years of experience in the franchise and restaurant sector, Thierry ROUSSET has held General Management and Development Management positions in large brands such as Subway®, McDonald's®, Burger King®, Quick®, etc. but he has also been a franchisee of Subway® and Dunkin’Donuts® as well as Exclusive Agent of Le Kiosque à Pizzas® for Spain and Portugal.

He also regularly intervenes as a “Franchise Expert” with the United States Department of Commerce (US Department of Commerce – Commercial Law Development Program).

He founded QSR Consultant® in 2012 to be able to offer his experience to franchisors of all sizes and has since worked on numerous projects from London to Dubai, Istanbul and Budapest.

He has traveled on business to more than 60 countries and speaks fluent Spanish, English and French.
